The Site Administrator / Document Controller is responsible for managing all project documentation and providing administrative support to the site team. The role ensures accurate document control, efficient site administration, and compliance with project and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Document Control
- Manage, distribute, and archive all project documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, method statements, permits, etc.)
- Maintain document registers and ensure version control
- Ensure documents are properly reviewed, approved, and issued to relevant parties
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team on document submissions
Site Administration
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site team
- Maintain site records, correspondence, and filing systems (digital & hard copy)
