Job Description

  • Maintain and organize site documents, reports, and records
  • Assist the Project Engineer/Site Manager with daily administrative needs
  • Prepare daily attendance, timesheets, and manpower reports
  • Handle receiving, filing, and tracking of deliveries and materials
  • Coordinate with head office regarding site concerns and requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and site procedures
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business, administrative, or related course
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Site Admin or similar role (construction industry preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, email)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to be assigned on-site
  • Assist the Project Engineer/Site Manager with daily administrative needs
