Job Description
- Maintain and organize site documents, reports, and records
- Assist the Project Engineer/Site Manager with daily administrative needs
- Prepare daily attendance, timesheets, and manpower reports
- Handle receiving, filing, and tracking of deliveries and materials
- Coordinate with head office regarding site concerns and requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and site procedures
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business, administrative, or related course
- At least 1 year of experience as a Site Admin or similar role (construction industry preferred)
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, email)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to be assigned on-site
- Assist the Project Engineer/Site Manager with daily administrative needs
