JOB DESCRIPTION
· Record hours: Keep track of the hours worked by each employee, including field engineers, workers, and operators
· Collect data: Gather data about workers and enter it into a spreadsheet
· Pass data to accounting: Provide the accounting department with data to assess if the project can be completed on time and within budget
· Review timecards: Ensure that timecards are accurate and complete, and work with employees to resolve errors
· Approve timecards: Approve timecards by the supervisor approval deadline
· Prepare payroll reports: Prepare and submit payroll-related reports on time
· Maintain employee files: Keep and update employee files
· Check uniforms and PPE: Ensure that employees are wearing the correct uniform and PPE
