Job Description
We are seeking a commercially strong, relationship-driven Site Account Manager to manage and grow strategic, top-tier mining customer accounts across the ASEA Service Business Line.
This role is the primary FLS representative at nominated customer sites, responsible for protecting installed base revenue while driving growth across parts, consumables, field service, rebuilds, upgrades, digital solutions and technical offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership & Relationship Management
Act as the single commercial point of contact for all Service Business Line activities at site
Build, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with site leadership, maintenance, planning and procurement teams
Champion the Voice of the Customer internally to ensure alignment across sales, contracts and operations
