Job :

As part of strengthening our Human Resources Department, we are looking for an SIRH Specialist with expertise in HRIS, to support the management and optimization of HR information systems.




Missions:





  • Administration, configuration, and monitoring of the HRIS

  • Ensuring the reliability and quality of HR data

  • User support and incident management related to the HRIS

  • Participation in projects for the evolution and digitalization of HR processes

  • Development of HR reporting and indicators

  • Coordination with internal teams and HRIS providers


    • Required profile :
  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources

  • Confirmed expertise in HRIS

  • Good knowledge of HR processes (administration, payroll, time management, etc.)

  • Rigor, analytical skills, and respect for confidentiality
