Description

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems within complex flight simulation systems.
  • Review updates and bug fixes at subsystem level in collaboration with test engineers/test pilots.
  • Support integration of data, updates, software, hardware, and component exchanges.
  • Perform instrument calibration.
  • Execute system power‑up and shutdown procedures, including functional testing.
  • Conduct detailed fault analysis and carry out corrective repairs of components or systems.
  • Learn and perform preventive maintenance tasks on simulators and related systems.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving simulator and system issues.
  • Record and track maintenance activities using the maintenance management system.
  • Perform pre‑flight and post‑flight tasks on designated simulators.
  • Conduct basic visual alignments.
  • Run automatic Qualification Test Guide (QTG).
