The Opportunity:
As the Simulation Control Plan (SCP) Lead, you’ll develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating rich content to help you tell a realistic story. You’ll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact.
What You’ll Work On:
Attend Exercise Life Cycle (ELC) events as required.
Lead SCP Working Group as required.
Make space allocation recommendations to government representatives as required.
Identify and communicate space allocation shortfalls as soon as possible.
Work with Operations Group SCP Leads to compile site-specific SCP drawings and combine these into one cohesive SCP supporting the entire Warfighter Exercise (WFX).
