About You
We are looking for experienced and ambitious recruiters who thrive in a high-performance environment.
To succeed at Silver.dev, you will have:
- Advanced English skills (required).
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in startups.
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range.
- Strong sourcing skills and hands‑on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, and similar platforms.
Our way of working
This is a hybrid position based in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires. We work onsite four days a week and remotely one day a week (4x1).
