Adecco is hiring **Silkscreen Operators** for a leading manufacturer in the Pierceton, IN area!
**1st Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | **$** **19.42/hr**
**3rd Shift:** 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | **$** **21.75/hr**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Operate silkscreen, pad printing, and digital imaging equipment
+ Mix inks, prepare screens, and inspect finished products
+ Read blueprints and follow work instructions
+ Maintain quality standards and production documentation
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Previous silkscreen or manufacturing experience preferred
+ Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail
+ Ability to read blueprints and distinguish colors accurately
