Silk Screen & Hot Stamping Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate silk screen printing machines for perfume bottles and packaging items.
• Operate and maintain screen and hot stamping machines ensuring precise application of inks, foils, and decorative elements onto various substrates.
• Set up and calibrate machines according to job specifications, including selecting appropriate screens, dies, inks, and foil types.
• Monitor production runs, making real-time adjustments to speed, temperature, pressure, and registration to maintain quality standards and minimize waste.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery, identifying and resolving mechanical or electrical issues to prevent downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing or manufacturing is a plus.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands‑on experience operating screen and/or hot stamping machines in a production environment.
