SIARGAO BRANCH MANAGER


Major Deliverables: 


  • Effective and efficient overall branch management including but not limited to sales & marketing, admin, accounting, warehouse and logistics management , etc. 
  • Reports Submission. On-time submission of required reports 
  • Adherence to companys Mission, Vision and Core Values as a way of life.

    • Main Tasks:


  • Oversees and coordinates all branch daily operations from Admin, Accounting, Sales & Marketing Warehouse and Logistics, etc.
  • Directs and monitors staffs work performance
  • Provides training on staffs in all aspects of their roles
  • Ensures effective branch budget management
  • Creates and implements strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve
  • branch sales targets
  • Monitors & oversees sales and marketing strategies
  • Manages receivables in the branch
