ATI in Millersburg, Oregon is seeking a highly organized and skilled Shutdown Coordinator to oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of our shutdowns. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, project management expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance planning and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the shutdown schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.

- Coordinate site integration issues to ensure smooth execution of the shutdown.

- Forecast shutdown resource loads and coordinate with contract services to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
