Shunter Driver Leader

Hours: Varies, shift based days and nights available
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shunter Driver Leader to join our Transport team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for coordinating all on-site shunting activities, leading the shunter team and ensuring trailers are positioned efficiently to support warehouse and production operations.
You'll spend time both in the transport office and out on site, ensuring operations run smoothly, communicating with multiple departments and responding quickly to changing priorities.
