Job Description

1. 策划并执行品牌数字营销活动,包括社交媒体推广、搜索引擎营销(SEM)、信息流广告及内容营销等多渠道整合运营;
2. 负责主流平台(如微信公众号、抖音、小红书等)的账号日常运营、内容策划与数据效果追踪;
3. 基于业务目标制定月度/季度数字营销计划,监控关键指标(如曝光量、点击率、转化率、获客成本等),持续优化投放策略与内容表现;
4. 协同设计、产品及销售团队,输出高质量营销素材,推动营销线索向销售转化;
5. 定期开展竞品数字营销策略分析与市场趋势研判,提出可落地的优化建议。

1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告学、新闻传播、电子商务或相关专业优先;
2. 具备2年及以上数字营销领域工作经验,熟悉至少两类主流数字渠道(如微信生态、短视频平台、搜索广告、信息流广告)的运营逻辑与实操方法;
3. 熟练使用数据分析工具(如Excel高级函数、Google Analytics、巨量算数、微信指数等),具备基础的数据解读与归因分析能力;
4. 具备良好的文案撰写能力与视觉审美意识,能独立完成推文、短视频脚本、广告文案等内容策划;
5. 具备项目统筹意识与跨部门协作经验,责任心强,结果导向,能适应快节奏业务变化。
