Showroom Manager

We’re looking for a Showroom Manager to join Elte , contributing to the leadership and growth of our retail and luxury sales team. This role involves engaging directly with clients, coaching and developing high-performing sales professionals, and helping deliver exceptional experiences in a fast-paced, design-driven environment. You will play an important part in fostering team performance, service excellence, and a positive culture, contributing to Elte’s ongoing growth and shared passion for considered design.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales, gross profit, and customer experience targets.
