Job descriptionThe Job Center hasMachine Operatorpositions in the Florence area. If you are seeking long term employment with a well-established company, we have the job for you. We are currently staffing 1stshift, paying $21/hour.Responsibilities for a Machine Operator:
  • Ability to read and write
  • Physical Coordination to lift and move products
  • Trainable with forklift
  • Written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
  • Math ability
  • Ability to read, use and understand measuring devices
  • Ability to understand machine computer functions
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Trainable with PLC controls
  • Ability to load material, perform changeovers, make needed adjustments and tooling changes on the machine
  • Reporting any issues to your supervisor
