WE’RE HIRING: FOUNDER’S OFFICE SHORT-FORM SCRIPT WRITER
For people who don’t just write scripts, but make videos move.
We’re looking for someone with real short-form experience who understands how hooks work, how storytelling drives reach, and how to turn ideas into high-performing videos.
This is a Founder’s Office role, meaning you’ll work directly with the founder to scale a 1 M+ creator ecosystem and build content that reaches millions.

• Research and write 25–35 high-quality scripts monthly for Instagram and other short-form platforms
• Provide editors with specific B-roll links and visual-aid inputs to bring scripts to life
• Analyse performance data and adapt writing approach based on audience response
• Work collaboratively with editors to ensure a smooth content production workflow
