Short Form Content Editor

Job Type: Full-Time, Mon-Fri (PST Hours)

Role Overview

We're looking for a Short Form Content Editor to own post-production across three core workstreams: client ad creative, internal agency marketing content, and internal own paid ads.

This is a high-volume, fast-turnaround role where you'll be editing 15–25+ clips per week across multiple brands and formats. You'll work closely with the Media Team and leadership to produce high-performing, social-first content.

What You'll Do

Client Ad Creative Editing

  • Edit short-form video ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts
  • Cut raw creator and UGC footage into polished, high-converting ads (15s, 30s, 60s)
  • Build variations of top-performing creatives for testing
  • Add text overlays, captions, CTAs, motion graphics, and sound design
  • Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts
