Job Description
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Short-Form Video Editor to turn existing footage into high-performing TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will be provided with a Google Drive of raw footage along with examples of trends and competitor videos to replicate, remix, and improve.
Your role is to transform raw content into engaging, scroll-stopping short-form videos that match current platform trends and drive views, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos (15–60 seconds) from existing footage
Replicate and adapt trending TikTok/Reels formats and competitor videos
Add captions, hooks, sound effects, transitions, and music
Match pacing and style to current platform trends
Follow brand guidelines while maintaining native, organic platform feel
Deliver finished, export-ready vertical videos (9:16)
Turn around content quickly and consistently
Organize and manage edited files properly within shared drives
