No two days are the same here. We are looking for energetic and reliable Team Members who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This isn’t your average shop job—you will be multi-trained to work across all our unique satellite venues, including The Butlins Store, Toybox, and The Hire Shop.
This is an active, on-the-go role where you’ll be on your feet and moving throughout your shift. You’ll be the face of our stores, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.Whether you’re helping a guest find a specific product, unloading pallets, or ensuring our shelves are perfectly stocked, you’ll be part of a team that truly gets stuck in.
While previous experience in a similar environment is desirable, it’s not essential as full training is provided. This is a full-time role of 30 hours per week, working to a rota across 5 out of 7 days, with shifts ranging anywhere from 7am to Midnight, so flexibility is essential.
