Shops Assistant Manager

The Assistant Satellite Shops Manager supports the day‑to‑day operation of multiple retail outlets across the resort, ensuring the consistent delivery of the plans, standards and processes set by the Satellite Shops Manager. You will take accountability for leading the venues in their absence, ensuring exceptional guest experience, strong operational execution and safe, well‑presented retail environments. You will: • Support the performance of a diverse retail portfolio including toys, sweets, merchandise, photography sales and equipment hire. • Implement commercial, operational and visual merchandising plans set by the Satellite Shops Manager. • Drive accurate stock routines, loss prevention standards and product availability across all outlets. • Be highly visible across the shops, leading the team on shift, coaching in real time and delivering consistently high retail and service standards.
