Shopify – White/Black Screen

JOB DESCRIPTION
We operate a high-traffic Shopify store (multi-million annual revenue).
We are experiencing intermittent critical loading failures for some users:
White/Black screen on load
Up to 3–5 minute load times
Occurs on updated iPhones, Macs, Safari & Chrome
No clear pattern
Shopify support is unable to reproduce
Cache purged, CDN flushed
Incognito testing is not consistently solving it
A few real customers per day are reporting issues
This is NOT a theme styling task. This requires deep technical debugging and performance investigation.
We need a contractor who can:
Reproduce the issue
Identify root cause
Provide technical diagnosis
Implement or recommend fix
Validate long-term stability
We are offering base compensation + performance bounty if the issue is fully resolved and confirmed stable.
