I am launching a Shopify e-commerce store in the home lighting niche targeting the U.S. market. I'm looking for an experienced dropshipping and product sourcing consultant to guide me strategically during this early stage.
My main challenge is finding reliable suppliers in China while keeping shipping costs to the U.S. low and avoiding high minimum order quantities. I want to operate strictly through a dropshipping model, but current shipping rates are too expensive.
I Need Help With:
• Building a cost-efficient sourcing strategy
• Finding reliable suppliers or agents in China
