I run a Shopify store that sells digital artwork services (DTF artwork prep, file cleanup, resolution fixes, etc.).
I need help building a clean customer login portal system where:
Customers can create an account
Upload artwork files when ordering
View all past orders
Access and download their completed artwork files attached to each order
Customer Account Portal
Customers can log in
See order history
Click into each order
View and download final artwork files tied to that order
File Upload + File Delivery Workflow
Current flow: Customer uploads artwork → answers questions → places order. (No sign in)
→we email our graphic artist design and specs→ He emails us back finished files→We email customer finished file
What I need improved:
when customer uploads multiple files, they cant view eaily which files they uploaded by looking at cart.
Internal workflow to receive and organize uploaded files
Backend system for my team to upload complet...
