Your tasks
Responsible for ensuring that the technologies / projects in his charge produce electronic modules in accordance with global guidelines of technologies introduction within Continental Plants, as well as customer requirement and Automotive Industry normative: IATF Standard Compliance. Responsible of following tasks once product reaches G90 (And during remainder of PLC):
- Support on Introduction of highly complex production technologies according to CAP and other specific procedures of Continental Automotive.
- Manage, sustain and optimize process equipment through continuous improvements (Software and Hardware, improving overall KPIs-such as PFY, utilization rate, cycle times, etc.)
- Ensure process systems deployed in production floor meet target KPIs (Availability, Quality Rate, Performance) after G90 and during remainder of PLC. Lead and promote continuous improvement efforts for factory operation. Provide feedback to industrialization team regarding lessons ...
