The Shop Technician - Welder is a self‑motivated, safety‑focused, and mechanically inclined professional responsible for supporting welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance of environmental equipment. This role operates within a collaborative team environment under the guidance of the Shop Manager. Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential to success.Responsibilities
