Responsibilities

• Managing day‑to‑day shop operations.
• Driving sales growth.
• Delivering outstanding customer service.
• Training, developing and motivating the team.
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Working alongside the Shop Manager to achieve all objectives.

Deputy Shop Managers typically work 7:45 am to 5:15 pm.
