JOB TITLE : Shop Supervisor
EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Full-time
LOCATION : Lively, Ontario
About the Position:
The Shop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and controlling production within the workshop. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: coordinating the repair and exchange process, unit rebuilds, project tracking and scheduling (timelines, resources, task assignments, etc.). The Supervisor will also be expected to support the field team in terms of scheduling and resource management.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively support the goals of the plant and company by managing, prioritizing, and planning repair, rebuild, and assembly activities.
Ensure daily task distribution based on the established schedule.
