Supervise daily retail shop operations and ensure smooth workflow Lead and manage shop assistants to achieve sales and service targets Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and product display arrangement Handle cashier duties, customer enquiries, and complaints professionally Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in the shop Prepare daily sales reports and assist with inventory control Train new staff and ensure compliance with company procedures Coordinate with management on promotions, merchandising, and operational improvements
