* Help customers to find a particular product and provide information about products.
* Offer excellent customer service in interactions
* Resolve customer problems with products and billings
* Strategize to enhance customer service, drive store sales and enhance profitability
* Ensure effective merchandise of products and displays to optimize sales and profitability
* Maintain positive working relationships with store employees and customers.
- At least high school graduate or Associate degree in sales and marketing course or any related field of course
- With pleasing personality
- Have the ability to familiarize easily with the products.
- With experience in a telco company, or in retail sales is an Advantage
- Must have the ability to do multitasking
- With exceptional customer service skills
