Job Description

•Train, and supervise shop staff, including Sales Associates and Assistant Managers, to ensure a high-performing team.
•Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to support staff development and promote a positive work culture.

•Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring that team members are aligned with business goals and priorities.

•Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

•Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement or adjustment.

•Ensure that all staff members are trained to uphold company service standards and are knowledgeable about products, promotions, and policies.

•Manage shop inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and organizing merchandise to ensure adequate stock availability.

•Collaborate with the inventory management team to implement inventory control measures and procedures.
