Minimum requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a manufacturing or production facility.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance.
  • Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and decision‑making skills.
  • Computer literacy and experience working with production documentation.

Advantageous

  • Experience within the boat‑building, marine, fibreglass, or related manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
