THE CHALLENGE
At TURBINE-X Energy, our Shop Leads are working leaders—trusted technical experts who guide teams, set the standard, and keep complex builds moving safely and efficiently. As a Shop Lead for Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, (independent roles for 3 different shop bays) you’ll oversee daily shop floor execution across electrical, instrumentation, and controls workstreams, ensuring installations, wiring, panels, and systems are built correctly the first time
This role is ideal for a senior I/E tech, electrician, or controls specialist who’s ready to step into leadership, someone who can manage people, solve problems in real time, and partner with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to deliver high‑quality industrial energy equipment.
