**Job Title: Shop Helper** **Job Description**
The Shop Helper supports day-to-day operations in a clean, well-organized manufacturing shop by performing a variety of hands-on tasks such as machine operation, deburring, spot welding, assembly, grinding, and general fabrication. You will work in a single department for the duration of your contract, allowing you to develop consistency and depth in your assigned area, even though the work can be repetitive at times.

+ Assist with general shop duties to support daily production and manufacturing activities.
+ Operate basic shop machinery and equipment as directed, following all safety procedures.
