Shop Foreman - Diesel Engine

We are currently seeking an experienced Diesel Engine Shop Supervisor to lead our engine department and oversee the maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of heavy-duty diesel engines in Garner, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and a commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess 510 years of diesel engine experience, with a strong preference for individuals who have worked extensively with Caterpillar engines and generators. Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of 10-15 diesel technicians, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Coordinate workflow, assign jobs, and monitor shop productivity. Oversee engine diagnostics, repairs, overhauls, and complete rebuilds.
