As a Shop Floor Supervisor, you will lead and develop the shop team of operators to achieve safe, efficient, and high-quality operations, aligned with business goals.
What You Will Do
Ensure all safety protocols and standards are followed and continuously improved. Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation across shifts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Tool Room, Planning, QA/QC, Maintenance, Stores) to ensure smooth operations. Lead daily shift meetings and safety talk and communicate production goals and updates to the team. Coach, develop, and provide feedback to team members (operators) to maximize their contribution.
