**Shop Administrator (Fleet Maintenance)**

**Full-Time | Day Shift | Permanent**

First Student is the largest student transportation provider in North America, safely transporting millions of students every day. We’re looking for a highly organized and detail‑driven **Shop Administrator** to support our fleet maintenance operations in Winnipeg.

This position is essential to keeping our buses safe, compliant, and road‑ready by overseeing parts, work orders, and day‑to‑day shop coordination.

**What You’ll Do**

**Parts & Inventory Coordination**

+ Order, receive, and track parts for school buses and fleet vehicles
+ Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
+ Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor backorders
+ Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery
+ Support warranty parts processing and documentation

**Service Writing & Work Order Administration**
