Job Description
We are an established eCommerce brand seeking an experienced ShipStation specialist to architect and implement a clean inventory sync workflow between:
Shopify (source of truth for inventory)
Amazon Seller Central (Merchant Fulfilled / MFN)
ShipStation (used for Amazon order import & shipping)
We already use ShipStation to import and fulfill Amazon MFN orders and previously used it more extensively for fulfillment.
The account is partially built out and will require knowledgeable restructuring and optimization — not a fresh install.
The primary goal is to configure ShipStation's Inventory Sync + Inventory API so Shopify inventory is authoritative, while ShipStation acts as the bridge to Amazon for availability updates (both for MFN and FBA - a little more complex).
This is not a beginner setup. We need someone who understands multi-channel SKU mapping, inventory sync architecture, and troubleshooting edge cases.
