Responsibilities

• Attend and board vessels as required and as directed by the manager, in accordance with Wilhelmsen's and customer requirements.
• Coordinate assigned port calls and advise on selection of contractors for goods and services, including submission of competitive quotations.
• Ensure compliance with processes, standards and procedures, including correct use of the operating system (WASP).
• Monitor vessels and respond to any follow‑up enquiries, maintaining proactive, efficient and timely communication at all times.
