SUMMARY
Under general direction, shipping and receiving material handler is responsible for moving and placing parts and materials ready for processing and storage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This is not intended as a comprehensive list; it is intended to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities. + Must be detail orientated.
+ Able to operate mobile equipment (ie forklift, electric and manual pallet jacks).
+ Must be able to load and unload trucks.
+ Set up parts in designated areas to prepare for processing/shipping.
+ Identifies and ensures that the correct parts are placed in the designated order.
+ Ensures checklists are done correct (quantity and serial numbers if applicable) before turning in.
