Summary:
The Shipping Processor is responsible for executing daily shipping and material handling operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient distribution of products. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational excellence by maintaining inventory accuracy, adhering to safety standards, and ensuring shipments meet customer and company requirements.
Essential Duties;
**Shipping & Order Fulfillment**
+ Process, verify, and prepare outbound shipments in alignment with customer requirements and delivery schedules
+ Pick, pack, label, and stage materials using established procedures and system transactions
+ Generate and review shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, packing slips, labels) for accuracy
+ Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and ensure on-time dispatch
