Coordinate
end-to-end shipments
(air, sea, land) for local and export orders Prepare and process
shipping & customs documentation
(invoice, packing list, permits, etc.) Liaise with
freight forwarders, 3PL, and customs agents
to ensure timely delivery Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies proactively Maintain accurate
shipping records and documentation filing Ensure compliance with
import/export regulations and internal SOPs Work closely with
warehouse, procurement, and sales teams
on delivery timelines Support
cost comparison of freight providers
and shipping performance reports Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field 1-3 years of relevant shipping / import-export experience in Singapore Hands-on experience with
