As a Shipping Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping operations, including coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely delivery. You will work closely with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize transportation routes, minimize costs, and maintain high standards of efficiency. JOB DESCRIPTION (FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Ensure items received agree with Bill of Ladings and are covered by Purchase Order.
  • Prepare necessary Receiving Reports for office use and distribute same.
