About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Shipping Coordinator to join our growing logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end shipping process to ensure the accurate and timely movement of goods.

This position is open to candidates with freight forwarding, logistics operations, ware housing, trucking or any experience or education related to logistics or shipping.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor international and domestic shipment activities.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure efficient cargo handling.
• Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
