Key Responsibilities

  • RECEIVED DOCUMENTS / NEW BILL OF LOADING / FROM DECLARANT.
  • Ask Billing Invoice and Request Cash Advance.
  • Prepare Documents for Shipping, either Manual or Electronic Process.
  • Monitor Shipments for Possible WEB. For manual shipping print document needed for web and give it to shipping processor in charge and Web it to terminal.
  • Monitor Discharge date for storage and gate pass purposes.
  • Once done issue a Delivery Order and already discharge. Print Delivery order and give it to the trucking coordinator for gate pass purposes.
  • Demurrage / Detention computation.

  • RFS / REQUEST FOR SERVICE ATI WEBTRACK
  • PTW PERTMIT TO WITHDRAW
