Shipping Coordinator

Job Title: Shipping Coordinator (ID4720)
Location: Kallang
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.00am - 5.00pm) , Sat (8.00am-12.00pm)
Salary: $2500-$2800 Shipping Coordinator
Job Scope (Responsibilities):
. Process custom declaration and bill of landing
. Manage shipment arrangement for cargo clearance for delivery by air and sea freight
. Prepare and check import shipment documents
. Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, sales staff, shipping agents, oversees counterparts & vendors
. Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process
. Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow up
. Liaising with colleagues in Japan and Vietnam for shipping query
. On/ off-sites inventory stock take
. Support strategic purchasing request
