Job Summary

This is an onsite Shipping Associate role located at our Ware offices. The position requires five days a week on the shop floor and involves coordinating the dispatch process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily dispatch activities to meet delivery deadlines.
• Verify and cross‑check outgoing shipments against orders and documentation, ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to confirm delivery requirements and resolve queries.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
