Job Description
Responsibilities
- Arrange bookings with forwarders or carriers for cargo to be transported via sea & air.
- Coordinate closely with various internal departments, warehouse team to ensure smooth cargo flow and timely shipments.
- Prepare all relevant documentation for shipments, including customs documents, letters of credit, and other necessary paperwork.
- Arrange timely collection or dispatch according to customer requests.
- Monitor the progress of all shipments in real-time, providing regular updates to internally & customer. Address any delays or issues promptly and take corrective actions and pre-alerts to customers.
- Ensure timely billing and accuracy of the invoices.
- Ensure timely submission and proper filing of relevant documents.
- Attend and responds on customer’s inquiry.
