**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk**
**Job Description**
This role supports a high-volume service and repair facility that works with pumps, rotating equipment, compressors, generators, light towers, and tools. You will manage all aspects of shipping and receiving, inventory control, and warehouse organization in the company’s largest service center. The position focuses on shop-based work with no travel, combining hands-on material handling with accurate data entry in ERP systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists or purchase orders, and accurately post receipts in the ERP system.
+ Prepare outbound shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and staging materials for carriers such as FedEx and other freight providers.
+ Load and unload trucks safely using a sit-down propane forklift, stand-up electric forklift, pallet jack, and manual handling as needed.
