At ALS, we encourage you to dream big.When you join us, you’ll be part of a global team harnessing the power of scientific testing and data-driven insights to build a healthier future.About the Position:The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for sending sampling supplies to clients, as well as receiving laboratory supplies and samples from vendors and clients, respectively.Specific ResponsibilitiesReceive and unload incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment;Inspect shipments for damages or defects, records discrepancies and notifies supervisor and/or purchaser;Evaluate and segregate bottles for proofing protocolsPre-prepare sample kits (i.e. terracores)Maintain full bins of sample bottlesPrepare, pack, and ship sample bottle orders and preservatives to clients using appropriate couriers and procedures to ensure items are safely delivered and free of contamination;Responsible for sample reception, sorting, archiving, and ...
